Don't look Gran . . .

This morning Luke went to the beach with Vivi, Tahlia and Fizzy to look for some Greenstone. Mummy, Kate and I went to visit Grandad at his village. Grandad and I made two boats, one for me to sail at the village and one for me to take home (thanks Grandad).

We had a lovely time at the village. Kate tried her usual danger mouse tricks on the bridge (but don't worry Gran Mummy made her GET DOWN!!!!!!!!).

It was a good thing that we went out and about in the morning because in the afternoon it rained and rained and rained and rained.

(Kate didn't get into any rows today).

Hello Coasters, funny thing, we were coming to Grandad's village yesterday too, and to On yer Bike, but it rained and rained and rained once we got past Punakaiki. We were in Westport for the weekend and went back via Greymouth especially to do that and pop in, but dam that weather, it was just tooo wet to stop with the big trip home ahead. (no one would have liked sitting in wet clothes all the way home) Sorry, so close and yet so far. Next time if you get that weather under control!
