Daddy took Gracie to Pippins this afternoon and while Belinda was here I fell asleep on the couch (it is exhausting being nearly two you know). I slept and slept and slept from about 3 until 5.30 in the evening. So of course I was not interested in going to bed at 8.30.
Mummy and Daddy decided to give me my big birthday present tonight . . . Hooray, I am so pleased that they did. She is the coolest present ever!!!!!
They bought me a Baby Alive. I love babies! In fact 'baby is one of the few words that I can say, so that is lucky. When we press a button on Baby Alive's arm she wriggles and giggles and makes cool noises. Sometimes she cries, was is a bit sad.
Gracie wanted to 'help me' play with my new toy, but I let her know very firmly (IE by screaming every time she touched my new toy) that she is MY toy.
Baby Alive came with a bottle, a rattle and some nappies. I can fill her bottle up in the toy kitchen. I also put her to bed in the doll's cot. But I had to climb in with her and read her some stories.
