Today Father's Day so this morning we went into to give Daddy our Father's Day presents. I painted a mug for him and made him a card at Pippins. Mummy brought him a Jeremy Clarkson book, some white chocolate Scored Almonds and had a mug made up with photos of us printed on to it.
After that we were off in the car. Daddy was doing St John's stuff, so we didn't spend the day with him. We went for a big drive to Ria Valley to meet our new puppy. She is a Spoodle, which is a cross between a Spaniel and a Poodle. She is one a five so when we turned up there were five little puppies in the basket. They were sooooo cute! We all fell in love with the puppies. Kate went nuts and picked them up and cuddled and cuddled and cuddled them. She threw a major fit when we had to leave, she cried and screamed 'Puppy, puppy puppy!'
We are going to pick our puppy next Saturday. I can't wait!
After that we had some bits and pieces to do. We went to JK to get some clothes for Luke, but they didn't have their summer stuff out for little boys yet - so he scored some new gumboots. I scored some pink swimming togs! Nice.
Then we went to the beach. I of course had to put on my new togs. It was very very very chilly at the beach! Kate didn't like the feel on the sand and Mummy had to carry for ages. Luke had a great time jumping up and down in the water. Roll on summer!
Our final stop for the day was to see Gran and Grandad. Uncle Arron, Aunty Megan and the twins turned up too. Uncle Aaron had made a lovely Pav. So that was all good. It was a very pleasant way to spend a day.
Six sleeps until we get out Puppy. Maybe I should tell Kate!

How exciting that you're getting a puppy! They're sooo cute!
Love and hugs to everyone!
What a really cute puppy, Katie will be so jealous, she really wants a little dog, but Dad says "Dogs are for farms, the only good dog is a working dog etc etc" Bah Humbug!
Charlie if you get a little dog they are allowed inside!
Plus Spoodles don't smell or shed (so they say). My Daddy is a drama queen so that is why we are getting one.
