. . . and watching some TV. What a hard life.
After school I was being a rat bag and not listening to Mummy. We are having a bit of a disagreement about how I should be getting to and from school. I want to go by myself. Mummy said crossing the road is to dangerous.
After school today I took off and I wasn't listening to Mummy. She caught up to me at the side of the road and I made out that I was going to cross without her (in amongst all the after school traffic).
Mummy was grumpy and said the policeman would tell me off . . . then I looked over her shoulder and there was a policeman there! He told me off too. He said it is to dangerous for 5 year old girls to cross the road by themselves (even if they are nearly six - he said that to, I checked). He was a bit cross with me.
I wonder how Mummy knew he was there??????????
